Sometimes the body's own immune system treats the embryo as a foreign object and attacks it. We screen for NK cell activity, antiphospholipid antibodies, thrombophilia markers, and other immune factors — and prescribe targeted therapy where abnormalities are found.
We prepare your uterine lining with a carefully calibrated hormone protocol — including estrogen priming, progesterone supplementation, and in some cases platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy or Endometrial Scratching — to create the ideal environment for your embryo to attach and grow.
On transfer day, we use ultrasound-guided embryo transfer for pinpoint accuracy.
